We aim to have a website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement indicates the extent to which our website complies with accessibility guidelines and where there are areas for improvement.

Level of accessibility

Our website partially complies with EN301549 and WCAG2.1AA guidelines due to the following limitations:

Images: Some images do not yet have alternative text (alt-text) for screen readers. Moreover, of the product images, the alt-texts are equal to the title of the product instead of a description of the image. This cannot yet be adjusted as it is not yet supported by the platform.
Colour contrast: Some text areas may have insufficient contrast for optimal readability.
Videos: Some videos lack audio descriptors.

Solutions in progress

We are working to improve accessibility, including:

Adding better descriptive alt-texts to images when the platform supports this. We have submitted a request for this.
Adding alt-texts to images in blogs.
Optimising colour contrasts for better readability.
Adding audio description to videos when the platform supports it.
