Shipping & returns
MobiLED delivers to consumers and business customers in the European Union. Orders of which the payment has been received on working days before 17:00 hours will be shipped the same day.
You will receive an automatic e-mail from us about the handover to the carrier. A few hours later you will receive an e-mail from the carrier regarding the expected delivery time and the track and trace number. The e-mail address you used to place your order is used. It is therefore important that the e-mail address is entered correctly.
We use carriers that deliver the next working day to business customers within the Netherlands and also deliver to consumers on Saturdays. Shipments in the EU take 1 to 4 days longer.
If your goods are not immediately ready for shipment, we will notify you and keep you informed of further status changes.
If you have been waiting for your purchase for more than 4 working days after payment, please check the status of the shipment on the carrier's website. Sometimes they need additional information for delivery. The sooner they have that information, the sooner it will be delivered. When a parcel cannot be delivered it will remain at a depot or Parcelshop for a few days before being returned to MobiLED.
Should you wish to return goods, you may do so within 14 days for consumers and 8 days for business customers. Exceptions to this are:
- products which have been specially ordered for you
- products sold by the metre (unless it is an unbroken roll)
- demo models and action products
- products of which the original packaging is broken. This also applies to blisters
- products that have traces of use
You are required to pay for the shipping costs of the return.

In order to process the return efficiently, it is important to always add a note with the order number to the return shipment. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing.
You must ensure proper packaging for returns to protect against damage during transport. We will only credit products in original condition and in original packaging (without tape, labels, dents or other damage). Therefore, the product packaging cannot be used as a shipping box.
You are responsible for the shipping risk of the return package. Make sure you receive a track and trace number from your carrier so you can track the package. In case of any delays in transportation, please contact the carrier.
If you have received the item damaged, please report this immediately after receipt. The follow-up steps will then be agreed together.
MobiLED cannot be held responsible for the assembly and for improper or illegal use of products supplied by MobiLED.
