Basis for processing ordinary personal data

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (AGV), MobiLED B.V. a legal basis for processing ordinary personal data of purchasers. The data processing is necessary for the execution of an agreement, namely the sending of the ordered products and the preparation and sending of the invoice. They are also used to contact the purchaser with regard to shipping, order and / or information.

MobiLED has information such as name, shipping and billing address, city, country, telephone number, email address and, if applicable, company name and VAT number. If the order has been paid via bank transfer or Ideal / Mollie, we also have the bank account number.

By placing the order, the purchaser gives permission for the use of the personal data regardless of whether the order was placed via the website or not via the website.

The visitor of the website www.mobiled.nu must be aware that MobiLED stores cookies when visiting the website. The visitor will be notified of this. Through Google Analytics, MobiLED collects anonymous data that is used for our marketing campaigns in this way.

Don't provide personal data

If the purchaser does not want or is unable to provide their personal data, the agreement with MobiLED can only be established if the purchaser collects the order and pays the invoice immediately. The order is entered into the system under the client "customer counter". Due to the lack of the actual contact details, MobiLED cannot perform a recall or check the warranty period. This means that a guarantee can only be given by a personal visit.

Passing on personal data to third parties

The personal data is passed on to carriers so that orders can be processed and delivered via the carrier's system. The agreements MobiLED agreed with the carriers state, among other things, that the carrier only processes the personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations regarding personal data. And that the carrier takes every possible care to ensure that personal data are processed safely.

Personal data required for invoicing is processed in our accounting system.

Retention period

Personal data is stored on the last ordered products for at least seven years after the expiry of the guarantee period. This period is determined by the statutory retention period of seven years for the Dutch Tax Authorities.

Rights of data subjects

As the AVG stipulates, the purchaser may view, supplement, change or delete their personal data. You can submit a request for this via the general email address: [email protected].
